Tapiola Garden City Walking Tour

Welcome to walk around the famous Tapiola Garden City in Espoo. The cornerstone of Tapiola was set 70 years ago. Royals, presidents and politicians all over the world were visiting Tapiola in 1960's and 1970's  to see the new way of city living. Tapiola Garden City is one of the national landscapes in Finland.

This walking tour is full of old and new architecture, culture and nature. We are going backwards in Garden City history by starting our tour from present-day Tapiola. After that we'll enjoy architecture of 1960's and continue our tour towards the oldest part of Tapiola, not forgetting beautiful parks, forests and gardens. After the walking tour you'll understand the meaning of Tapiola Garden City.

Tour will take approx. 1,5 hours and it's about 4 kilometers long.
