Yli-Takkulan tila

Eventure operates at and from the old and historical rural estate Yli-Takkulan tila which is located in northern Espoo at the middle of Finnish countryside and next to Nuuksio National Park.

Villa Takkula offers idyllic meeting and dining facilities around the year. Have a rural meeting or dining in rustic Barn attic in warmer period. Barn attic is an ideal place for organizing unforgettable weddings or other festivities. Memorable dinings by an open fire all year round at our big Kota/ Lappish shelter (teepee). Our traditional wood heated sauna will crown the day with its pleasant “löyly” (warm steam) together with our old-fashioned hot tub. Villa Takkula, Barn, Kota and Sauna are all located at Yli-Takkulan tila yard area. The country yard provides also a perfect setting for many kinds of activities and events as well as in the beautiful forests and lake scenery of Nuuksio National Park.
Saarijärvi (Lake Saarijärvi), one of the cleanest lake in Uusimaa area is right within walking distance. Spectacular hiking and adventure opportunities to fabulous Nuuksio forests starts right from Yli-Takkulan tila. Along the way of hiking routes, we can admire the amazing rocky cliffs, old spruce trees and small brooks. The nearest neighbor seems to be a flying squirrel.
