The "Sustainable Growth for Tourism: Southern Finland" project aims to support the recovery of tourism businesses from the pandemic and strengthen their competitiveness by developing new tourism products for international markets. At the same time, the project focuses on enhancing companies' data management capabilities, cybersecurity, and sustainability and addressing the diverse needs of target groups in tourism services.

The project is funded through the European Regional Development Fund as part of the actions implemented by the European Union in response to the COVID-19 pandemic from 2021 to 2023. Funding is channelled through the Regional Council of Uusimaa and the Regional Council of Southwest Finland. The project is implemented by the City of Helsinki (coordinator), Forum Virium Helsinki, Enter Espoo Oy, and Turku Science Park Oy.
