By eating at Kipsari, a small business run by local students, you are participating not only in environmental sustainability but also in social and economic sustainability. Alongside their daily vegan lunch, you can purchase baked goods made on-site as well. Kipsari has two locations in the Otaniemi area, both of which are open from Monday to Friday. Studio Kipsari is open during lunch hours 8:30-14:30, while Kipsari Väre offers extended opening hours from 9:00 to 18:00 and serves lunch until closing time.
