Physical copies are also available in local hotels, sights and attractions, Espoo Information Points, and Helsinki Tourist Information.
Please note that physical copies can be shipped only within Finland, with the exception of international tour operators, travel agencies, and event organizers.

The official Nuuksio National Park map created by Metsähallitus refers to official hiking and cycling trails, permitted camping areas, parking areas, and other visitor services. Visitors can also use the new online and interactive version of the map, which provides more detailed information on visitor services (including trail accessibility).

Cycling routes & maps
Cycling routes in Espoo can be found in the Komoot online application, which collects recommended routes ranging from shorter (approx. 10 km long) to longer (up to 87 km long) and for different types of bikes.

In Espoo, all coastline areas are connected by the Espoo Waterfront Walkway, and the summer season offers opportunities to visit some of the 165 local islands.
